📦 Order & Shipping Policy

At Diti Udyog, we believe in simplicity and trust. Since we take orders directly on WhatsApp, here’s how it works:

• ✅ How to Place an Order:
  Just send us a message on WhatsApp with your item list. We’ll confirm stock, share total amount with shipping, and then you can proceed to payment.

• 🚚 Shipping:
  Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days after payment confirmation. We ship via trusted courier partners and will share tracking details with you once the parcel is dispatched.

• ⏳ Delivery Timeline:

  • Metro cities: 3-5 days

  • Other areas: 5-7 working days
    (Delays may happen due to festivals or courier issues — we’ll keep you informed.)

• 💳 Payment Method:
  Currently, we accept payments via UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, or bank transfer.

🔁 Cancellation & Refund Policy

We’re a small, customer-first business. Every order is packed with personal care. Still, here’s what you need to know:

• ❌ Order Cancellation:

  • You can cancel your order before it is shipped, just message us on WhatsApp.

  • Once the order is packed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

• 💰 Refunds:

  • If you’ve paid and the item goes out of stock, we’ll offer a full refund or suggest a replacement.

  • We don’t offer refunds for minor packaging damage or courier delays beyond our control.

  • For prepaid orders that are returned due to incomplete address or customer unavailability, refund will be processed after deducting courier charges.

🔄 Return Policy

• As we deal in spiritual and religious products, returns are generally not accepted once the product is delivered.

• Exceptions:

  • Wrong item sent

  • Broken/damaged product received (with unboxing video proof)

Please make sure to record a clear unboxing video if there’s a concern. We’ll verify and offer a suitable solution — replacement or partial refund based on the situation.
